My daughters BFF is finishing up a quilt for her niece, and is now thinking about what she wants to do for her nephew that is due in Febuary.
She really likes the Dr. Seuss Let's Party patter, but it's huge!! She's thinking of more a crib size and I think this one is a twin. How would I go about changing it??
Please keep in mind I'm VERY VERY much a "I need directions" kind of girl, and less "make em up as I go" lol. Also, very very much a visual learner. I make for a complicated specimen. Hahaha

Thanks in advance!!!

Here's the pattern.

Kim just leave the last rectangle off of the strips. Then make the border thinner. That is an easy pattern to cut down.

I agree with Crafty_linda_b, leave off a row and use narrower borders. Or you could eliminate the borders entirely and just make the center. Are you doing your own pattern, or is there one out there? You could also make the rectangles smaller, but keep the sashing the same size. That would bring it down a few inches. If you took one inch off each dimension of the rectangles and wide strip rows, you'd drop 5" in width and 9" in length.
