I'm looking for a rotary blade sharpener that works by rolling your cutter along a piece of wood (I think) with a sharpener inside it. I saw it somewhere and now can't find where to buy it.

I think Keepsake Quilting has one. Google their website and do a search there. Let us know if it works good or not. I've been eyeing it in their catalog.

Thanks so much for the info, I just ordered it. I'll let everyone know how it works.

Happy quilting :-D

I just received this sharpener from Keepsake quilting. It seems to do a good job on dull but doesn't help those blades with nicks in them. I just throw those out and hopefully can keep my dull blades sharp. You just roll your cutter along this slit and it sharpens. You can hear the grind on the stone inside.

This is the one I bought. Little pricey but than so are the blades.

Thanks. Those darn nicks are impossible to get out without a professional, I guess. I just buy them in multiples when I find them on sale.
