Help!!

I have a new gg-baby , well not really new, 6 months and am looking for a pattern. He is sitting but not really week and the carseat is too big for the shopping cart when they go shopping. I have seen some where a support for the grocery carts the goes into the seat of the cart and over the pushing handle. It gives support and cushioning to the seat as well as being more sanitary tio areas where small hands and mouths-when teething, may go. Has any one seen the pattern ort know of a source who may have it? I have gone through most all of my books and catalogs with no luck. I appreciate any help finding this pattern. Thanks!! Kathy

I think McCalls and Simplicity had the pattern in their catalogues at JoAnns. Called a cart cover. Patterns go on sale frequently for $1.99.

Yes, McCall's have these pattern & Joann's has the Mc Call's patterns for 99cents this week, I think. Congratulations Great Grandma. Grandbabies are the best!!!

My grand baby is 4 months old! They are the grand! I keep him during the day and when we go shopping I have a smaller car seat for toting him and sitting in a cart. I keep it in the trunk as his safety car seat sits on a base in the seat and is much heavier for me to carry in and out. So far the smaller seat has been better then the cart cover. DD was given a cover at her baby shower so it may come in handy as he gets older. I never used one with my kids so don't know how helpful it will be to use.
