I!m at a loss as to how to set my 80 ten and a half in. Blocks into a barn raising design. Need advice please

Not sure what your blocks look like. But the key to getting the pattern is the value difference. So if you have a design wall, or just a space to work. Start in the center and work your way around alternating putting lights next to lights and darks next to darks.

It is easiest to lay the blocks out in your set pattern then carry a couple to the sewing machine, press the seams, replace, then work on the next set. It is easy to get the squares turned around!

Thank you for how to lay my blocks out. They're scrappy 2 inch strips that I decided to finally use up. You quilters out there are so kind. Still getting used to technogology. Have no idea how to post a picture.

If you have a pair of binoculars, turn them around and look through the big end to see the whole layout at once.
