HELP: Waves or Spirals?

I cannot make up my mind how to quilt this. I was thinking an overall wave motif or a wave-like spiral in each of the blocks. I'm not sold on either idea. I could just use a good brainstorming session.

Oooh I'm a die hard custom quilting addict...I might do something fun in the solid yellow corners and black borders...something textural. You have so much room to play with this fun quilt - you will make it gorgeous no matter what you choose! :)

Perhaps refer to the ideas shared on your previous thread?

Here's what I would do. Then maybe just meander in the black so the pinwheels pop out more. And you could do connected spirals in the outer border, or wavy piano keys to follow the waves in the fabric. What a fun quilt!

Maybe this helps: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=33N5X1GqzFw

She suggests to use curved designs on straight lines to add visual interest and balance. I agree with AndiR.

AndiR, thank you! I've been trying to figure out how to do a spiral that looks nice with the points. Something like that would be perfect! I'll tackle it tonight once my munchkin is asleep.
