Hobby Lobby~no coupon!!

Just checked web site looking for their 40% off coupon and not there. When did this happen?

I've noticed from time to time that they won't run that coupon every month. They usually pop back up eventually. It's rare when it happens, but it does.

HL discontinued coupons on Feb 28. It was reported pretty much everywhere. it was nice while it lasted.

It's an industry trend, I'm afraid. Craft Warehouse, a regional craft chain in the PNW, quit printing coupons last year, and Joann's coupons have become even more narrow in scope than before, which I didn't think was possible.

Hobby Lobby said there would be sale items at different times that would take the place of the 40% coupon. I think the fabric is still 30%. I know you couldn't use the coupon on fabric. Our Michael's is now selling fabric, and it isn't bad looking or feeling. Now I won't have to drive 15 miles one way to pick up needles or something I've ran out of when not expecting.

Our HL told us there would be 25% off fabrics every other week. No way am I going to try and remember that. I don't go often enough.

Daughter and I went about three weeks ago and regular fabric was 30% off. I bought 2 yards of wide backing fabric - no discount but, it was at the normal price. Good thing I don't need fabric.

If all would stop buying their fabrics I bet there would be a different way coming,

I have noticed more flyers and coupons are all going digital. If I don’t have a fancy phone, you are out of luck.

Well darn. I was going to make a Hobby lobby run today for some Kona fabric. You may have saved me a trip, but by the time I order and pay postage it may balance out to not having the 30% coupon. What to do, what to do??

Hobby Lobby has been hit hard like all of the retail stores during Covid. I am not shocked. Keep your eyes on sales from Hancocks of Paducah. They have great buys on Kona pretty often and if you spend $75 shipping is free. I am hoping Hobby Lobby will give us back coupons when the world returns to normal.

The manager told me the coupons were being abused too much. She didn't say how. She said the store would do more discount pricing.

Cut fabric or FQs? I've only seen FQs in mine. They used to sell cut fabric about 20 years ago, but then they phased it out. That was my daughter's first job out of high school, cutting fabric at Michaels.

I haven't been in HL for years. I usually have gotten fabric from my local quilt shops or Hancocks of paducah

The Hobby Lobby app on my phone has a 40% off coupon good until March 13. I used 1 a few weeks ago just fine.
