Can anyone tell me if they have the Tiara 11 Sit Down Quilting Machine & how they like it? I also heard there's a Tiara 111 out there do any of you have this one? What do you think of it?

I have the Tiara II's twin the HQ Sweet 16 and am currently finishing my 2nd large quilt on it. I love it! I got the biggest table they offer so there is lots of room to puddle the quilt and it makes the job so much easier than on a standard throat size machine.
I chose it due to lack of space for a stand up frame and couldn't be happier!

It is so important for you to consider on how you are going to support the quilt. I like what the above quilter said because you can't have the weight of the quilt tugging on the quilt while you are doing FMQ.

Thanks for your answer as I'm in the process of maybe getting the Tiara111 that is the newest one out. I'm unable to stand for long periods s thought this would be good.
Again Thanks Judi

Manic Quilter, Thanks for your reply, I looked at one yesterday & they explained that to me & I have a good area
to set up extra work areas.

I have the Tiara II. . .love it for twin size and smaller . . .still have a longarmer for larger quilts and show quilts.

I have the two table extensions, the overlay as well as the largest supreme slider available. Still hard work to move the quilt, but with frequent breaks, it's doable.

If you're considering the stitch regulator, try it out first. Personally, it was the most wasteful thousand bucks I ever spent.

I agree with you Robin about the stitch regulator, the quilt in the picture is sewn without it and it has been nice not to keep moving the regulator so it is close enough to work properly. I am finding that my stitches are not perfect but good enough but I might use it when I try ruler work as I would be working in a smaller area.

I have the Tiara and it's wonderful, only thing wrong I can't make quilts fast enough to always have one to quilt.
