What width stips are in a "honey bun"? Got new pattern that calls for them but don't know what width they are.

Honey Buns are collections of 1.5" x 44" strips of fabric...this info was on a site for Moda...hope it helps you...Naomi

I'm quite sure they are 1 1/2- I have some from Moda but haven't used them yet. I love looking at them! :)

Thank you. My stash is so big I don't buy precuts.

They are 1-1/2" strips, but I would only count on 40" wide in your calculations. If you are lucky, you can get 42". Most of us would probably have some older fabrics in our stash with some 44-45, but if you need every last inch, be sure to check! Don't you hate it when things get smaller like that?

I have three honeybuns that I got for a price I just couldn't pass up otherwise I wouldn't have bought them. I plan to make a log cabin with them.
