Please i am new to embroidery and quilting. I have several hoop sizes, but when an emb pattern says 6x8 i only know if it will fit my hoops if it says the mm size. can someone tell me if there is a chart or what size hoop i need for a 6x8 emb design. I only have 100x100, 150x150, 150x240, 150x360 hoops. I have a viking designer se. Please any help would be appreciated.

I do not have an embroidery machine so I cannot give you specific sizes. But I am wondering if you could ask your dealer for advice? Perhaps there is a conversion chart you could use? It seems to me that you should have dealer support...the Designer SE is a great machine and I am sure the dealer will want you to get the absolute most benefit from it. One of these days I will have either that machine or a Diamond...I am starting to see the light at the end of the college tuition tunnel!
