Hoping you can help me...

After taking our Christmas tree down this year, I decided it isn't fun anymore. Sometime during the holidays there was a post or link to a fabric Christmas tree which was hung on a wall. I think it even had tabs which were used to hang ornaments on the tree. I'm thinking that if I start soon, I stand a chance of finishing it before Dec. 2015. You all are so "on top" of quilting info, I am hoping you can help me too!! Thanks!

just google "christmas tree quilts" and then "christmas tree quilt blocks" and you'll come up with more ideas than youj can look at in day.

Hi, how about this McCall's pattern? http://mccallpattern.mccall.com/m577...hp?page_id=910 It's more for cards, but I suppose you could put ornaments on it.

If you posted a comment, go look thru your portfolio and see if you can find the link.

This might be the tree that has inspired you .......

Cindi also has three different ree patterns available.
The largest is a slightly different tree, but would make for a fun replacement to a real one at 27"x77"
Here's a link to her site.

The above link is to the one I like very much. There is a pattern called "Tall Trim The Tree" and that is the one she used. The pattern can be found here http://www.averyspecialcollection.co...more/page1.htm

Missouri Star Quilt Co. had a panel that you just worked up and it had holes/slits for actual little lights. Very pretty. You might contact them to see if they still have those panels.

What were you referencing here? When I clicked on the link, it took me to everything at Joann's that is on clearance. Thousands of items.
