I am having a problem with my sewing table (old dinner table) everytime I try to quilt my rather large quilt it slides and buckles and is very difficult to keep flat whilst doing stitch in the ditch. Can any one share any ideas they may have.
Thanks in advance. Joan

Do you have an adjustable ironing board you can set up next to the table?

There was a couple of U tube videos that showed many a "quilting" table using the rigid insulation sheets and another one that used the flat rate priority mail boxes, you might try that. If you can't find any, PM me and I'll send you a couple of pics of what I did.
