How do you know it's time to go to bed?

I should have quit when I sewed the sashing on both sides of each block. After ripping out one un-needed side, I then started sewing blocks together. Here's when I called it a night.

Yep, that's when I quit too. Tonight I sewed the lining to the top of a purse without setting in the pieces for the zipper sides. Tomorrow I have a date with Jack.

If I have too undo I go to bed it is the telling signal I'm not concentrating and need sleep. BUT I get up early and start again.

Ha ha I know that feeling. Last night I put on one side of a border on a king size quilt upside down! That was cue for my bedtime.

I know it's time for bed with the first foul up, because experience has shown me if I press on, I will rip out and repeat the exact same error three more times, then give up and go to bed.

Boy, this is refreshing, I thought it was just me.....

Yep, been there, done that.

Definitely a sign--or in my case, maybe my left/right dyslexia kicking in. It is going to be a sweet alphabet quilt.

I quit when I snipped a tiny hole in the backing. Uuuuugh! Will tackle the mend today after an appointment.

I obviously was up too early this morning because it took me a while to figure out what the mistake was :)
