Batting has so much lint. Clean machine after sewing anything that has lot lint.

Corduroy, velvet, fleece, flannel and tapestry are the worst offenders other than batting.
I blow out the bobbin area every time I change the bobbin anyway, but when using any of these fabrics it can be a real mess in there.

I was told not to blow because it pushes more dust in that blows out but to use a clean paintbrush, the big ones little kids use and brush it out.

And don't forget to oil!! How could I have forgotten to mention this??

My dealer's repairman got this machine in to clean. He made this poster for the customers to see.
