I am a pre washer and I believe that the shrinkage on the Kona Cotton isn't an issue, at least not for me. I usually have it by the bolt and just cut 2 or 3 yards and press it in those increments. I only made the mistake of ironing 13 yards once that was a nightmare! Since then I cut it down.
