Hey, I will take Her off your hands anytime, she is beautiful. I looked and your machines was made in 1921 if I'm right, it looks like a 127. I will be corrected I'm sure if I'm wrong. LOL

She sure is a lovely lady. Don't know a thing about pricing it, but it sure looks vintage to me.

I don't know squat about vintage machines so I'm not going to be helpful here, I just came to drool over your really pretty machine. They sure don't make 'em like the used to...even that case is beautiful. He didn't realize she still works because I haven't used her in a couple years. It seems I was mistaken in the fact that not using an old machine to "save" her is the right thing to do. Since so many of you work them hard and have good results I will have to put her to work once again. Thanks again everyone for all the helpful info. |
Beautiful machine!!!

Beautiful machine!

100 years old is antique (there's an actual standard set by US customs I believe). There is no official standard set for vintage but common practice is to follow what the car folks do which is (if I remember correctly) that 25 to 50 years is considered "classic" and 50 to 100 is considered "vintage".

She is a beauty. She looks like she has been taken care of very well. I could not sell her because I could get real attached to this little baby.
