Early last month when the grey dull winter uglies set in three friends and I decided that by mid February we should be ready for the looney bin unless we did something.

So we planned a mini-retreat. Rented a cabin at one of the State Parks not too far away and the four of us are running off to sew, to sew, were running off to sew. Ha,ha, we're running off to sew.

I was lucky enough to get invited to So. Cal. in Jan. for some sun mid-January. it was great! I think it may have made me make it thru the winter without going screaming bonkers.

yes, I agree we all need times to get away and have fun, even if it is out for a day shopping and looking at things

fun to call a friend and go out to lunch or supper, make it a fun day!

Awesome! Are you taking premade food, crockpots, or are you hiring someone to cook for you? Is there a pizza place close that will deliver!

You won't get much sewing done if you faint from hunger!
