I cut the backing to short one time and did not notice it. I had it on the LAM and was almost through quilting when I ran out of back. I measure, measure, measure before I put it on the LAM now.

I got some crooked fabric a while back--and could not straighten it out effectively, so it is now LITTLE pieces in a scrap quilt! Really annoying as it was to be a backing!

We would really be in trouble with these 'oops' issues if we did not know how to sew. I just count my blessings and fix it. Sigh.

I have had the edge of the backing fold back on itself and leave a patch which I could not remove because of all the stitching that was done. I know my uncle won't mind or even suspect anything is wrong but my aunt----I don't know about her.
