Have any of you ever made these fabric ornaments? Could you tell me how they are held together? I assume some kind of glue.

They sure are cute and I would like to make them. I'm just not sure how they would be held together.

I looked up the pattern and it seems to call for tacky glue and steam a seam.

It looks to me like they are just fabric scraps cut and folded like bias tape. Since they are no-sew, they must be glued together. I would use a permanent fabric glue such as Aleen's Fabric Fushion which comes in small easy to use tubes. The tips of the tubes are very fine so you can easily place the glue right where you need it. If you have a Clover mini iron you can place a small piece of Teflon ironing sheet over the glued area to apply heat and the glue will set up almost immediately, otherwise you'll have to hold the pieces together until the glue dries. Looks like a fun project, good luck!

No, but it looks pretty easy.

It looks like the paper version done in fabric.

I would think that you would dip the fabric in a glue mixture and while wet, roll them into the desired design and assemble.

The paper version is called quilling and someone has adapted it to fabric. You may be able to find how to quill books at your library and adapt.

I haven't but I'd glue it and hold together with pins till dry. Let us see some if you do them please.

That's exactly what I was going to say! You could also look up "Quilling" on the internet.
