How would you quilt this?
 

I designed this quilt with EQ8. I never thought about how I was going to quilt the top until I was finished. Now I am thinking I should have quilted each embroidery block separately. Any thoughts on how I should quilt it? I appreciate any and all ideas. Thank you.

I would use a tiny stipple in matching white, keeping it back from the embroidery. On the green parts I'd do an orange peel type design.

I wouldn't want to do anything to detract from the embroidery. perhaps whatever you choose to do in the green bocks, you can come out to a point into the other blocks. It'll give it the quilting you need and draw your eyes to it.

Concentric circles in each block?
Green & black blocks full of circles, all the way to small in center of the block.
White embroidered block with the larger outer circles but stop before/outside the embroidery. One or two rows echo stitching up tight to the outer edge of your embroidery designs.
Concentric squares (with bowed in sides) in the leftover corner spaces between the blocks of concentric circles.

I don't know your quilting method. I hand quilt, so doing this would be fun and easy to customize in blocks and separate threads stopping and starting or traveling is easy with hand quilting.

I had the same dilemna years ago when I made a bunch of embroidered blocks with other quilting blocks. I finally gave up and did a cross hatch on the embroidered block in the same thread color as the background fabric. It really didn't take away from the embroidery as I thought it would. Here's a photo of how mine came out.
