When the delivered our Gammil the install guy did the lessons with us. it was really nice. and when we had issues the first couple of weeks with the machine the owner drove to our house and came to fix it. Its over 5 hours & a different country from the store to our house so it was really nice and we haven't had another issue since then.

I don't know about the Vision. Have only been with a Statler Stitcher.
Have a HQ 16 with ProStitcher and been with the Fusion and the Avante. Was not that long ago at a HQ quilting class and saw each at work. The software for the Fusion & Avante are different from the ProStitcher and I wish I had it for my HQ 16, but that won't work. Found the HQ products very user friendly, easy to learn, and the HQ folks are really helpful, friendly, and personable. They are literally just a phone call away, as well as online. Of the quilters I was with most had their hubby or themselves put together the table and the setup without any problems.
