husqvarna quilting machines help

I have a husqvarna mega quilter and have a problem with the thread pulling back through the needle every time I use the auto thread cutter. Thought it might be the tension and adjusted that, but didn't help. I have had this machine for about a year and have never had this problem before. It always cut the thread fine. I have searched the internet and have found no answers. help !!!! please

I had that problem with my machine (not husqvarna) ... I finally realized it was operator error and as I took my sewn work away from the machine, I was catching the thread, and pulling it out of the needle. So, my suggestion is to watch just how you are removing your work.

Did you call the place where you have it serviced? I was just looking at these the other day. I'm trying to decide which quilting machine to buy. since I already have a Viking was thinking of sticking with the Viking but all she wanted to show me were the Pfaff. Now I might second guess myself if they have silly little problems like that.

The machine is a little touchy, mine does not work like it should, so I just pull the machine over to the edge of the quilt and cut the thread there. There is an adjustment but the people who worked on it could not fix it.
