Thought someone could direct me to an applique pattern that has grapes overflowing from a vase or a bowl or anything with grapes in it....thank you.

I also would try coloring book pages. They are good for all sorts of things. Cute, simple designs for kids quilts and I also found a simple "Iron Man" page that I used to make my grandsons Birthday cake.

Small yo-yo's would make cute grape appliques.

If you Google "quilting pattern grapes applique" and then click on Google Images, you will have lots of different grape patterns to choose from. I found this one:
