Got the chruch raffle snowball quilt back from the long arm quilter's. (pics later). She did a fantastic job. Beautiful, beautiful.

EXCEPT--------------

the border I put around it was light green, apricot print, dark green, with the dark being the outer most border. How I did it and not see it I don't know. But the right side border has the dark green inside.

DUMB ME, DUMB ME!

Well, it going to have to stay that way. I can't pass it off as the wrong border being the top. It includes some embroidered blocks and the stems of the roses make the blocks one way! The right border is WRONG, WRONG!

Bet next time, I go over it with a fine tooth comb. All the rose blocks are facing the up like they should be. All the apricot snowball blocks are turned the right way. Just that blooming border....................

Maybe no one will notice? I bet it's still beautiful.

The longarm quilter didn't say anything? Well, if she didn't notice maybe it's not so bad ;-)

Didn't say anything. But I can't put any blame on her.

So sorry. Bet it is a beautiful quilt dispite the "little" imperfection. Can't wait to see a photo.

the two greens are the same small pattern. And they are the corners of the snowballs, too. I'm just going to play dumb. (well, I am anyway!).

Can we see a photo?

We all are more critical of our own work than anyone else. I bet it is super beautiful. Post a pic for all of us to ooooh and aaaahhhhhh over. And it will be genuine oh's & ah's.

LOL, I need to clean the house-----------which I've not done in ages. Then I'll take a photo. Still need to bind, too. Anyway, been busy making blankets for Alabama and haven't done much to the house.

Maybe photos tomorrow
