Yeah!!! Now you have to add a few UFO's to really stir the pot. :D

Isn't it great when a plan comes together this nicely? I am so happy you have found a way to get around that block :) :) :)

:) You are not alone.....seriously though, I don't think it's scatterbrained to have more than one thing on the go....I find it keeps your interest and creativity levels up. I like to always do handpiecing/quilting in the evenings, so I can spend time with my hardworking fella. I have three main projects on the boil at the moment, and am cutting and setting aside fabric in bags for two future projects. Oh and then there's the hundreds of patterns/quilts/bags whirling around in my head on the "to do list".

If I run out of ideas, I think about who's got a birthday coming up? Who's going to have the next baby? Is there a some kind of gala that I want to offer an auction quilt for? What is the next season and do I need something for the house to decorate with? Any friends that you owe a big THANK YOU too? This kind of thinking means I never have time to make anything for myself, but I am constantly busy with one project or another. My problem is that I feel overwhelmed a lot of the time. If I get bored, I switch back and forth between piecing and quilting. Works for me!

wait until you have about 32 UFO's, another 20+ PIGS, and a stash of over 3,000 yards..THEn you might be a quilter..hehehe...I think!

Yip, you are getting there! Now you just need the bucket list of quilts you want to make - or absolutely 'have to make'.

Now, when you learn the fabric for the binding of a finished quilt has just been cut into squares to start another project--then, and only then, can you call yourself a real quilter. piecefully, the old one

I do one at a time. I have ideas for other things but I can't have more than 1 going at any given time. It just drives me nuts. Plus I have so much crammed into my little sewing room I would probably use the wrong material in the wrong quilt. As I type this I remembered I have 1 WIP a string quilt. That is it.

I have many projects going because I don't have money to buy batting or backing! Does this happen to anyone else???
