I'm so excited. I ordered a accuquilt go cutter today. Was wondering if anyone could give me some tips.

go to the search option and you will find a lot of posts about this

I think you will love it! Take time to cut the fabric a bit bigger than your shape, you wont hve much waste!

Mark your dies. It saves on fabric waste. Buy extra mats they wear pretty quick. I keep backups to my backups. Buy them when there's a sale. You will use them up quicker than you know it. Starch and most of all have fun!!

I have one too. Love it. There's a yahoo chat group for GO owners - you'll get lots of good info there.

Lucky you. I want to do this soon, Hope there will be a sale someplace.

Thank's yall What dies should it get and what mat's ?

The mat is a white mat that goes on top of the die and fabric before you run it through the Go. You have to have one and it sells separately from the dies. You get the size mat for the size die, usually two sizes will fit all of them except the strip dies, they are long. Check and see if one comes with your purchase. Usually the Go comes with a starter die and mat. I like the tumbler die, hst dies, and strip dies the most. I have about worn out my rag die, I make one complete block at a time with it. I have made over a dozen rag quilts, I can make one in a few hours. I'm thinking of getting the Studio but if my DD gets one first I'll use hers.
