Very nice quilt! I had a Great Aunt who had her Singer set up & open in her living room. She lived alone till 100 & sewed a bit every day.

That is beautiful. I hope you are going to use it. I think that is where most of us will be sometime in the future. Sewing--quilting--in the nursing home.

This one just looks like its large enough for a table - I only showed it on half of my dining table so it wont fit on a table. To me a tabletopper is a sort of replacement for doilies - I always set it at an angle in the middle of my table.

I am totally like you - I dont like heavy quilting - I feel like it takes away from the design of the quilt top!!! If I put alot of work into a quilt piecing blocks etc I want that to show up not the quilting. lol

LOL! That is what I told my kids. They better find me a big enough place to take my machines and my fabric with!!
