I got a new machine!
 

I got a "new" back up sewing machine today. A light weight Singer Genie 354 from the 70s. She's so cute! I dropped her off for service/checkout and my service guy's eyes lit up when he saw her. He says she's in great shape. It's the little things. I won't be able to pick her up post-service until next weekend, but I can't wait :)

I had one of those when they first came out! Always had issues with it but I'm sure it was 'user error'. I gave it my SIL many years later. No clue where it is now.
