Me, too. I like the variegated blues, like the purple, like the yellow, like the quilt!

Dark blue, helps calm the quilt and seems to frame the quilt better. That's just me!

The light blue gives the eyes somewhere to "rest".

I would use a light shade of yellow for the square blocks. It will calm the quilt. I like the purple if you want all the energy!
