I Need Some HELP!

I sure am hoping someone knows the answer. I am making a quilt using Hobbs Thermore batting. No where on the package does it stipulate what the maximum distance is between quilt lines. It says it eliminates fiber migration and is 100% polyester. Has anyone ever used this or know if I need to quilt 2 inches apart or can I go as far as 10 or 15 inches apart?

Did you do a google search - maybe that will yield some information.

I did and many people are pleased with it but no one talks about how far apart the quilting lines can be.

Finally found the Hobbs batting website and they have a pdf chart that states the distance between stitches can be 9 inches. So, if anyone else wants to know, that is the answer.

I usually do a large stipple or meandering, otherwise I quilt no more than 3 or 4" apart. Just my way, I don't want to take the change of anything going wrong.

I'm using it in a quilt right now, and didn't even give that a thought, but my pattern is probably 2" apart at the farthest reaches. I did notice I thought one side of the Thermore was smoother than the other, and put the smoother side towards the backing (as usual to prevent bearding). But my backing is made of old sheeting fabric, and thus a tight weave I doubt would ever allow bearding.
