I would outline teh applique and maybe a few snowflakes in the white parts of the snowman body.

I would hand quilt around the appliques. It's really cute!!

Welcome back. I think I would just outline the appliques.

I would outline the appliques and then stipple the background...and possibly add some snowflakes in my stipples where there was room. At the top, I would make the stipples more curved/rounded and towards the bottom, I would make them longer and thinner (like snow on the ground)
