Hey everyone - I was ironing and talking on the phone...I ended up scorching a portion of a white soccer ball I was making. Is there any way to get it out??? I would re-do it, and will, but prefer to get some magic something and wipe it out. Any suggestions? I can post a photo if need be.

Try the magic eraser.

cool - I have one. I'll let you know!

or dab it with a Q tip and oxy clean.

I tried the magic eraser and it doesn't seem to help. I think I'll have to rub it too hard, and the fabric is loosely woven as it is. I'll try your suggestion KLue - the oxyclean I have is powder. Just mix it a little first you suppose?

Oh, I used lemon juice and the sun to get a scorch out of one of mine. lay it on a towel, pour the lemon juice on the scorch, let it lay in the sun. Rinse, roll in the towel when you see it lightened up, then gently press it. Should work, may take more than one application but it's worth the try before remaking a new one.

Hugs,
Sharon

Thanks Sharon & KLue - I'll check these out and go from there. Looks like peroxide might work too.

I'll check in again tomorrow and let you know the outcome. Thanks again for helping!
