Ideas needed for machine quilting
 

I do not want to do free motion but use straight lines. Do any of you have any good ideas of what I could do? It's the 5 minute block put together as pinwheels. It's on it's side.

Stitch in the ditch was the first thing I thought of. It might also look good tied.

Looking at how the blocks are made, I don't think you want your straight quilting to interfere with the curves on the geese (it looks like you did the cathedral window roll-back already?). So I would stitch in the ditch along all the straight seams. But NOT across the geese. Lots of starts & stops if you do that however.
If you want heavier quilting then that, then maybe a diagonal cross-hatch? Again I would avoid quilting the triangles, however.

I wouldn't be opposed to curved lines.

Diane Gaudynski has a great technique for doing straight line quilting with a free motion foot. It is to avoid all of the stops and starts with grid quilting. I used it on a quilt that I just finished and it works pretty nicely. Using this technique will also allow you to combine more straight quilting with some curved quilting without changing feet. It is in her book Guide to Machine Quilting. I was able to borrow a copy from my local library.

I would SITD to stablize the whole quilt and then outline the pinwheel in the individual blocks. If you wanted them to pop more then you could maybe go back and outline the dark base (under the pinwheel). It has just enough of a gently curve and it would look nice and not be too hard.
