do you have a church run resale shop? If you ask they may donate one to you. We have a shop that has given me machines for our guild/run quilting class at the school. If they run they try and sell them but usually just junk them...you may find a treasure. Give it a try, you need to ask for help....

We have also had times with no machines, see if you can swap with a friend that has one..always something to give. maybe just mark some plain color fabric and practice your quilty stitches??? :) |
