Gail, I am so excited for u!!!!!! I just got my copy of the magazine and just read it before coming on the board. In fact I was on here looking for someone that asked last week about raffling a quilt and thought I would write her and tell her to buy the book.....could not find her yet. Your article on "The Business of a Raffle Quilt" was just great and to know u r on the board as a fella quilter and always helping all too. So happy for u. What an article and so informative ......kudos to u......

I read your article as well as one by a 'quilty' friend named Linda Poole. Your tips were very good, and will probably help people make more at auctions and raffles. I am going to find a friend to try Linda's idea too.

I had already read the article and thought it was very good. Just went back and re-read again. Much good information we need to file away for future raffles. I like the idea of putting a sheet to go with the quilt. Could even laminate or put in a plastic sheet protector. Thanks for identifying yourself so we can relate to you. Liked the article a lot.
