So WHY does everybody expect me to use my fabric collection to actually SEW anything?!!
I'm not a fabriholic; I'm a fabric collector!

Love it! Great analogy!

Ooooookay. Some days I am a fabric collector and some days I abuse my fabric. I admit I actually use it in different projects. I think I need help, my collection is getting out of hand. he he

Cause some of us are hopeless dreamers of the many quilts we want to make in that "someday land of eternal time".....we see a piece of fabric, can see it in the quilt we want/plan to make, buy the fabric, bring it home, add it to our stash, and then see another fabric, in another quilt in just the same way :-P

It is a "hopeless" state of our never ending dreaming that keeps us happy, content, and smiling....

I personally plan to never wake up from my dreams!!!

Love it! I look at my fabric piles and get a huge smile on my face. I have bought a lot of fabric at thrift stores and it can go back there when I go to the great quilting classroom in the sky!
