Im not sure of 2 pictures, but I'll post any how & bought a new sewing machine
 

I'm working on quilt #12. And have it 98% done. Its just sewing the rows together. I had pieces cut out and ready to sew. Anyhow, my fabric protector decide to make a bed/and to lay on my pieces. So the 1st 2 pictures are of Minnie. After talking to a rep, at my fabric/vacuum business, a 1/2 dozen times. I finally broke down and bought a new sewing machine. Nothing really fancy, but it has 79 decorative stitches. And a automatic needle threader. Yeah, no more threading the needle eye. The machine, I bought is a Babylock Tempo. Now I have all of those deco stitches to play with. Take care everyone. Minnie is adorable. love some of those stitches. You have flowers, leaves and loops, even a Greek key. Good love with it and i'm sure your Minnie will fall asleep and you can get back to work on that new machine. good luck!

I agree with Bree123, it does look like Minnie is doing a good job of protecting your fabric. Congrats on your new sewing machine. Enjoy playing with all those stitches and just have fun. I remember when I bought my Janome 4000, which had nearly that amount of stitches. My next door neighbors were expecting twins, so I made baby quilts, one blue and one pink, and I quilted them by sewing around the little blocks with a variety of Rayon thread and I just played. It was fun. However, after a while I got tired of making the little squares, so I just made wide borders, pink gingham for Madison and blue gingham for Noah. They really appreciated my quilts, which is such a boost to your self esteem.

Love the pictures! My fabric protector is a little blonde Shih Tzu. She is with me always when I am sewing! Minnie is really cute and she is doing a good job guarding the fabric. Your machine looks really nice. You will have lots of fun with the decorative stitches. Enjoy!

Hello Don,

I almost started crying when I saw your Minnie. My Cisco passed away in 2010. I still miss her every day. A few days ago I called one of my other dogs by her "pet name". I never do that because it was Cisco's name. She is pg in this photo.

I always enjoy seeing your quilts. Still have the pattern of the flying geese in a circle you sent me, but have not made it yet....but I will. I hope the photo attaches properly.
