What an awesome great deal! I just picked up a Bernette Deco 650 today from my Bernie dealer for $200. It had all the things that originally came with it, but no cards, just the built in stitches. I intend to have a lot of fun learning to use it though!

I've had a Bernina Deco 500 since they first came out. I love it. Yes, it is now vintage with all the new machines and gadgets on the market. I also have the magic black box where i can take designs from five other machines and copy on my blank card. I have most of the cards that were made for the 500 and 600. More than I'll ever use. We old "vintages" have to stick together.

That is a great buy. I bought it new and paid $ 1200.00 and had to buy all the cards. I have a magic box and updated it. If you only want to embroider an area 4 x 4 it is really handy.
