Hi everyone, I am looking for a pattern called "Improved Nine Patch" or "Glorified Nine Patch". I googled it and am coming up with lots of finished quilt photos but no patterns. Does anyone know of a good online tutorial? Or can you recommend a book with the directions? Thanks! :D

I have two different patterns that came with templates for it. Got both on ebay. Fons & Porter also sells the template set to make this quilt. :)

Shadow, have you made the quilt? I would love to see it. Did you prefer one set of templates over the other?

I haven't made it, I don't like these templates, they are not the full size, they are 1/4 of the piece...Blah!!! I am waiting on the full template set from Fons & Porter. The only difference between the glorified nine patch and the double wedding ring is that melon on the nine patch is fatter than on the double wedding ring.
