This is for all members who has acquired the old Inspira frame and they didn't get any instruction how to put it together.

I don't have the frame anymore but i kept the instructions just in case.

I hope it helps you all.

I don't have that frame, but just wanted to say that was a nice thing for you to upload. I'm sure someone will really appreciate it being here.

Thank you so very much. I will pick it up today and get started. Another question, can I use my Babylock machine with this or does it only work with a Husqvarna Grand Quilter machine? The person who gave me the frame is keeping the machine. Any advice you can give me is so appreciated.

Also, have you found any sites on the internet that has good information about this frame? I have never used a quilting frame before so it will be a learning process.

Thanks,

Bevy

I use my Sapphire. Bought an extra foot pedal, took the guts out and attached that to the Inspira handle bars. When I want to FMQ I unplug the original foot pedal, put machine on platform and plug in extra, striped down foot pedal.

I know that this frame does other machines but not sure which ones. But there are a lot of yahoo groups that you can sign up for and a lot of the members there have this frame and they provide a lot of information and support. They are great. Join couple of groups and they will help you with every step.

Good luck

Thank you so much! Have the frame but it is only partially put together. Now it can be completed.
I am going to put my megaquilter on it but I have heard people use the pfaff with it also.
(I really have no idea though and I will need to join one of these groups as I don't have a clue where to start once it is put together)

Isn't this board great. There is always someone who is able to provide information and inspiration. Raksmum, I have the newer version of this frame with a Pfaff Grand Quilter. Please feel free to contact me if there is any questions I can help with.

Have fun with your frame :D

I have the Pfaff Grandquilter and the Inspira frame..bought back about 2003-04. I use the machine all the time, but the frame is still in the box. Recently I opened the box hoping to put it together...haven't made it yet!! It has a video tape (not a disc).I don't even have a VCR to watch it on. Maybe soon with the help of my friend, we can get it going. Thanks for the tut!!
