I want to use the invisible thread to applique on a quilt I am working on. I would like to know what I need to know before I get ready to buy some. I am talking about the monofilament thread. Cany anyone help me please? Thanks.

Make sure it is for machine sewing.

Are you planning to applique with the sewing machine? I strongly recommend a nice cotton thread instead, but if you want a clear one, try looking at your local quilt store for clear polyester thread. It's a good substitute for nylon.
