I got the idea at a quilt show. A gentleman had been making the rollers with carved handles. The price was about $20.00. I told my friend that I could use my wallpaper roller and get the same effect. His roller was more like an old roller off of a table or dresser etc. It works great. Not as pretty but just as effective. We quilters are very smart!!!
