I am just finishing up piecing a quilt and adding the border. The next stop will be the quilting....and I am very unsure.....
This is a quilt that I will be donating for a Fund Raiser Raffle...so I need it to be dramatic ....It is all red, white and blue.....Solid White Twirling 6 pointed stars, surounded by mixed mini blue print triangels and solid red large triangles....Am going to machine quilt. Now my little voice is saying quilt the white with white thread, quilt the red with red thread and the blue with blue thread (this of course will take 3 times as long to do)....and/or use transparent thread all over....
CAN ANYONE THINK OF ANOTHER CHOICE.....

Why make things difficult, use a variagated like this one, looks perfect for the job to me: http://www.threadart.com/shop/item.aspx?itemid=1705

Use variagated! I am using a multicolor one on a bright quilt right now and I just love how it looks. my 2 cents :).
