Just wanted to share my experience ordering with this company. I placed an order this morning using Paypal. I didn't see anywhere to put instructions concerning my order, I like to be contacted if something is unavailable. When I received the confirmation email I noticed an address for making contact and sent a message asking to be contacted if anything was unavailable. Within 10-15 minutes I had a call from John letting me know everything is in stock and will ship quicker than I expected and I should receive my order within 5 days. Now that is great customer service!

I ordered from them within the past couple of weeks and also paid via paypal. I received an email from them, no phone call, but I did get everything I ordered. Others have made comments about great service.

And they sent me a "free" spool of thread each time I ordered.

I just received my order from them with free pack of needles. Great service.

I have bought from them also. I usually get rotary blades from them. They are the best price around. Those things are expensive at Joanns or anywhere else online.
