i don't know what i did, the machine is sewing the stitch toward the feed dogs. Like the underside of the stitch is towards me (up) and the correct side (design like zig zag or flower etc) is under the fabric on the bottom. does anyone know what i might have done?
I've turned the machine off and on and it's still doing it. |
I don't know anything about this machine, but a lot of the embroidery machines allow you to mirror the stitches, and possibly that's all that happened. If you mean that the prettier side of the work is on the bobbin side, that might be a tension problem. The explanation for both should be in your manual.

Take the top thread out and change to a different color than what's in the bobbin. Make sure the bobbin thread is in the slot after you rethread the top.

thanks so much everyone! I gues the 6500 doesn't like pre-wound bobbins? It wouldn't work when i had that in there

might want to call a dealer before you do much more.
chances are it won't hurt anything .....but you never know |
