Janome Jem Gold 3 question

What do you think about a Janome Jem Gold 3 as a machine to take to classes? It comes with free Jem Gold Quilting Kit that includes a Darning Foot, Darning Plate, 1/4" Seam Foot, Walking Foot, & Quilting Guide. My at home machine is just too heavy and I would really like to get something in the $300.00 price range.

You can't go wrong with a Janome and that is a nice little machine to take travel with. Go for it.

I have one,I love it! I got a rolling case to put it in,which holds my toys nicely.

I have used mine several times for classes, workshops and travelling. It is the best!

I bought the Janome Gem Platinum last year just for the ease of carrying to classes, thinking I would be compromising without features I have in my other machines. What a pleasant surprise! This little darling has a great stitch quality and is so easy to transport. The free quilting kit sounds wonderful. I say, "Go for it!"

I belong to a group of about 15 other quilters and more than half have the Janome Jem for their travel machine. It's a dandy little machine and quite a little workhorse. Wish I had seen it before buying my travel machine.

Is this deal on line, or from a local dealer? If it is online, would you share the link?
Thanks

I saw it on the Janome website and asked my local dealer at Barb's Quilt Shop in Kingsland, TX. I'm thinking all of the dealers would honor it.
