Janome MC 11000
 
Anyone in this group have a Janome MC 11000 embrodery/sewing machine? Mines breaking needles in the sewing mode. Stitches are tight on top and bottom. Cleaned out bobbin case and re-inserted it.
Don't know what else to do to it except take it in to be repaired.

You might try rethreading to see if that helps. If that doesn't work then I would call my dealer to see if they could help over the phone. My dealer does this for me all the time. If they can't help over the phone then a trip in might be in the works.

Is the needle up all the way in the machine? Change tensions and stitch length?
