Janome qm pro 18 lights
 

My wife bought a used quilt maker pro 18 that is in excellent condition, but apparently the lights never worked. The prior owner has an extra light mounted on the machine. I quickly found that the power wires for the main lights were simply disconnected, so that was an easy fix. The ring of LED's still don't work, I don't see any power wire, I assume it's inside the case. Is it pretty easy and safe to take the case front off?
