I only finished 2 quilts in February. The brown Carpenter's Star went to CASA. The Tonka truck quilt was given to the 1 1/2 year old who lives across the street. He is such a cutie!
I am always amazed at how many quilts other people make and show here. I am a slow sewer but I love to make quilts!

Sorry these quilts were made in February. Not enough coffee.

Those quilts are absolutely beautiful and the little boy is going to love his! Well done.
I appreciate when people post pictures too. It's inspiration and just fun to see. Thank you!

Very nice. That little boy will love that.

Your quilts are great, and making two in a month is being very productive IMHO.

Great quilts! Everyone works at their own pace. I am working on a scrap quilt right now. It is going to take a looooog time as I am cutting my scraps into 2&1/2 inch squares individually. The point is to decrease my scrap and enjoy the process.

ONLY 2 quilts?? You are doing great. I do 2 quilts in maybe 6 months. I am the slow sewer. :)

These are WONDERFUL! And I agree with somoquilter, only 2 quilts? Never think that! These are such blessings to people, and they take time. We are all in different seasons of life, which allow different amounts of time to be devoted to quilting. So no worries on what you get done, or don't get done, just focus on the blessing. :)

Lovely gifts of love. Your carpenter Star is so nice!

Great jobs! Kids are so cute! If I lived in a neighborhood, they would all have to have one as cute as yours!
I don't know how long it takes to make a quilt because I never make one start to finish. I work on 3-4 at a time at my own pace. I really don't know how to answer the How long did it take you to make? question.

Two quilts from start to completed isn't slow to me. I applaud your great progress. I only get a couple of hours a day to sew before my back starts to act up and I have to give it up for the day, so it takes me longer now to make a quilt. Working on a scrap quilt now that has taken me weeks to make 35 blocks!

Your quilts are wonderful! I don't think making 2 in a month is slow at all. Enjoying the process is all that matters anyway. :)

The quilts are both beautiful! The speed of sewing isn't important; the enjoyment is. If you don't enjoy it, you'll never want to sit down and sew.

Two quilts in one month is nothing to be ashamed of!!! They are lovely!

Hey, don't beat yourself up. When you can only sit and sew for maybe 20 minutes a day, you are doing great.

Terrific quilts!
