Jelly Roll Inspirations pattern

Hi - I'm new here and have enjoyed browing through the boards. I'm wondering if anyone out there has made the pattern Candy Heart from Pam and Nicky Lintott's book Jelly Roll Inspirations?? I love the pattern and have all the blocks made and the top row put together. However, I'm running into a problem when I get to the second row - can't seem to get the seams to match up unless I offset the blocks by about 1/2 inch, which throws the whole thing off.

If anyone else has run into this problem with this pattern, I'd appreciate any tips you might have.

Thanks!!

I have that book. Let me look at it a min.

I did a quick search to see if I could find any errors reported for that pattern but didn't manage to find the info. What company put the book out or was it self-published?

I don't have the book - I tried to get a pic of the quilt but haven't been successful - perhaps you can just attach a pic of the quilt - that might help.

I did find their site so maybe you could email them to see if there is an error in that particular pattern?

The publisher is David & Charles - England I think. I have had a communication with the designer and hope to get some help from her. I'm hoping I haven't made some stupid mistake or totally misread the pattern. Sometimes I can have "quilt block blindness" when I've been staring at something for a while. If all else fails, I have figured out another layout I can use, where the seams will all match and my need for semi-perfection will be satisfied! Seriously, I drive myself nuts sometimes.... :o
Thanks everyone!!
