I think yours is the first jelly quilt that I like..the black really makes a difference..but that is just my personal taste

When I make my strip quilts I put a nice big applique on them it breaks up the strips.

I made one out of a commercial jelly roll just for fun. Not my thing. Never quilted it. Thinking I might cut it up and make some totes.

I've got to try this! So many options for placement. Exactly how many "different" colors/prints should be used? I've been wanting to make my own jelly roll but I'm just not sure ... I was thinking maybe 20 different colors/fabrics.
